Collect clear opt-in

Ask on your website checkout, forms or in-store, and say that messages will come on WhatsApp.
Record when and where each contact opted in.
Make it easy to stop: honour STOP replies and remove those contacts from future campaigns.

Pick the right template

Use utility templates for updates the customer expects and marketing templates for promotions. Mislabelled templates are re-categorised by Meta and can be rejected.

Send less, but better

Segment by tags or purchase history instead of messaging everyone.
Personalise with the customer's name and order details.
